I, solemnly affirm that the information submitted to the Goa Institute of Management Sankhali for processing my application to the GOAL PGDM is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and I agree to the following:

I have a degree recognized by UGC/ AIU/ AICTE.
I have at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
I have 3 or more years of work experience (My work experience certificates / Self declaration in case of entrepreneurs, family managed business etc., will be furnished as a part of document verification process.)
I agree to pay a sum of rupees 30000 /- as a down payment of the Programme.
